We’re proud to pay above minimum wage to our tailors in Malawi!

Our tailors are paid 3 x higher than the minimum wage in Malawi for their work on CoG.  In addition to their living wage they also access a pension scheme, paid annual leave, subsidised childcare and excellent working condition.

We have adopted the Ethical Trading Initiative Base Code to make sure that everyone in our supply chain is treated fairly.
